Ingredients
16 dried figs
8 bacon slices
4 wooden skewers
Process
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Slash each slice of bacon into half, crosswise.
3. Wrap up a slice of bacon around every fig.
4. Thread four figs onto each skewer-each ¾ inch separately.
5. Place the skewers onto the centre of the grill rack and cook the wrapped figs for four minutes on each side.
6. Take away the figs from the grill in addition to serve without delay.
